Hotel build quality not up to standards, leaks in heavy rain.
There are only 4 sunbeds in the pool area, which are mostly in shade. I would recommend them to add sunbeds to the upper deck, which has no shade.
Security concern, doors are opened by touchpad, and the codes are quite simple, indicating they do not change or rotate. At night, we just walked into the hotel with no 24/7 reception.
Overall, I would recommend! There are no alternatives with the same level of comfort and views this close to the Ella main street.

The first impression of the hotel was ok. We stayed for 3 nights. There were heavy rains. On the second night the ceiling produced a leak. Not a huge one but anyway. The stuff brought just towels to place it on the spot of under the leakage. On the checkout we forgot a bag with souvenirs in our room. When we came back in an hour - the room was cleaned and no signs of that bag. The stuff couldn’t help. So, I’d say the hotel doesn’t worth its price range.

We had High Tea at the Hide - which was excellent. Fantastic views from the outdoor balcony, with choice of where to sit. Selection of 3 teas, savouries, sweets / cakes and biscuits. Enough to feel contentedly full but not overly stuffed. Reasonable price. Would recommend

I had such a great time in Hide Ella. The staff was adorable and very helpful. The food and the room was perfect! You are surrounded by nature and the view is amazing! One day we had to leave early in the morning so they prepared a breakfast box to take away it was so kind. I definitely recommend this hotel and I Will be back soon 🙌🏽 Thank you for your wonderful service!
