Full payment will be taken on your arrival
Free cancellation with in 14 days prior to arrival

1. More than 14 Days: No charge

2. Between 8 – 12 Days: 50% of full stay on the basis booked will be charged

3. Less than 7 Days: (100%) full stay on the basis booked will be charged

4.No shows: Full stay on the basis booked will be charged

➢ Child Policy

1. Children aged 00 – 05yrs will stay free of charge (Sharing with parents)

2. Children aged 06 – 12 years will be charged 50% of the DBL per person (Extra bed provided).

➢ Any Special requests:

Such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, or if any guests need any special attention, to be informed in writing to avoid any inconvenience

➢ Note (important)

Please be informed that we have no Guide/Driver accommodation available at the hotel, nor does the hotel arrange them. Therefore kindly arrange them separately.

The hotel also does not provide a shuttle service in case the large busses cannot be driven to the hotel from the main road. However, the hotel can help arrange Tuk Tuk’sor Taxis to transport guests and luggage to the hotel for which the cost to be done by the Agents or the Tour Company.
