3 star ratingNew hotel… modern with a nice view Modern hotel , not sure if it was value for money $140 USD a night per room - no breakfast - if I’d looked a little harder could have found something better . Restaurant food was very average considering how much beautiful fresh food is grown locally there was not much fresh on the menu. Not wanting to be too harsh the views were excellent.

Unbelievable experience, location, view 😀 - Everything about this hotel exceeds expectations! The rooms, view, pool, service. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for our son’s girlfriend and had balloons and a sign in their room. Outstanding! 😞 - Nothing!

Good 😀 - I was really excited about spending the night at this hotel, and it was the most expensive among all the ones we were staying during our days in Sri Lanka. Although the room was really good, we were looking forward to enjoy the pool. Getting there, there were some teenagers (that seemed to be a son of the owner and his friends), making a huge mess, throwing water all over the place, making really uncomfortable to use the pool. The common area of the pool is quite small, so it was impossible just to lay around it with them screaming and throwing water. Other than that, there was some left over food on the floor, what made lots of flies appear. Not nice. Another thing, the incense in the room. Really strong smell for people that aren’t used to it. 😞 - None

Out of this world experience. Please please stay here when you’re in Ella 😀 - Everything was very clean and the staffs were all so nice, Ragu came and spoke to us during breakfast and was very genuine in sharing what we can do for our day in Ella. I really appreciate the great hospitality and we all felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, our view from the balcony was exceptional 😞 - Nothing

Hide is an amazing place with amazing people! We had the best stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, rooms are clean and include everything needed, breakfast was wonderful and the staff - friendly, kind, caring and helpful. מלון מקסים עם צוות אדיב וחייכני ומנסה כל הזמן לעזור. ארוחות בוקר וערב בינוניות אבל היה לנו מלצר מקסים בשם ראגו היה אדיב ממש.קומר, הבחור בקבלה, גם הוא היה ממש נחמד עזר לנו לדבר עם חברת התעופה ששכחה לשלוח לנו את המזוודות.החדרים מקסימים עם מרפסת נחמדה, המיטות לא הכי נוחות שיש מזרן קשה, אבל בסהכ החדרים ממש נעימיםבקומת הלובי יש מרפסת גדולה עם נוף מטורף ואויר נעים. כייף לשבת שם ביום ובערבבקיצור ממליצה!
